Line Service Technician

Job Description
As a Line Service Technician you will be in charge of every aircraft that arrives and departs throughout your shift. Arriving aircraft will require services that you will be trained to provide. Some of these services include:
- Marshalling, chocking, towing and fueling aircraft
- Lavatory and potable water service
- Offloading and loading baggage
- Operating (GSE) Ground Support Equipment
- Directing transportation and other personnel onto, and off of the ramp
- Towing into, and out of a hangar
- All other services that pilots and/or passengers require
Other Responsibilities Include
- Facility cleaning and upkeep
- Washing and detailing vehicles
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License
- Complete Safety Training and other job-related training
- Strong communication skills
- Safely and effectively multitask
- Work flexible hours
- Must be comfortable with working outdoors and in all weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
- Stepping up and down ladders
- Bending to place chocks and to connect to an aircraft
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Previous Experience
- 2 years of Aviation experience preferred

- From $16.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
